The Eagle Pass Police Department is divided into three divisions.
Administration
The Administration Division for the Eagle Pass Police Department is headed by Assistant Chief Alejandro Guedea and it is divided into Communications, Training, and Records.
Criminal
This division handles criminal investigations within the City's jurisdiction. Under this division are the Criminal Investigations, HIDTA Task Force and Auto Theft divisions.
Patrol
Patrol Lieutenants Gerardo Fuentes and Amy Gonzalez oversee the Eagle Pass Police Department Patrol Division. The division consists of Patrol Sergeants, Corporals, and all uniformed personnel, to include:
- Motorcycle traffic units
- K9 officers
- Bike Patrol officers
- Special Response Team (SRT)
- Fleet management officers
- All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Patrol Officers
