NOTICE OF ELECTION
TO THE REGISTERED VOTERS OF EAGLE PASS, TEXAS:
By order of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, notice is hereby given that the City of Eagle Pass will be holding a City Officers Special Election on Saturday, February 1, 2020, for the unexpired term of the position of:

COUNCILPERSON, PLACE 2
COUNCILPERSON, PLACE 4
The polling place on the day of the election will be located at the Multi-Purpose Center, 480 S. Adams Street, and shall remain open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Election Judge will be Mrs. Martha Lopez and the Alternate Election Judge will be Mrs. Generosa Davila.
Early Voting by personal appearance for the above stated election will be conducted during regular business days starting January 15 through January 28, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Multi-Purpose Center, 480 S. Adams Street, except that on January 21 and January 27, 2020 voting will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please note that City Hall offices including the polling place will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2020 in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Applications for a ballot by mail shall be mailed to: Imelda B. Rodriguez, City Secretary, 100 S. Monroe Street, Eagle Pass, Texas 78852. Said applications must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.

Por orden del Mayor y del Concilio de la Ciudad de Eagle Pass, Texas, aviso es aquí proveído que la Ciudad de Eagle Pass llevara a cabo la Elección Especial de Oficiales Municipales, el Sábado 1 de Febrero del 2020, para un término no vencido para la siguiente posición:

CONCEJERO, LUGAR 4
El día de la elección, la casilla electoral estará localizada en el Centro Multi-Purpose, Calle Adams Sur #480, y permanecerá abierta de 7:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. El Juez Electoral será La Sra. Martha Lopez y la Juez Electoral Alterna será la Sra. Generosa Davila.
La Votación Adelantada en persona se llevará a cabo durante días normales de oficina del 15 de Enero al 28 de Enero, 2020, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. en el Centro Multi-Purpose, Calle Adams Sur #480, excepto los días 21 de Enero y 27 de Enero, 2020, en los cuales la casilla estará abierta para votaciones de 8:00 a.m. a 8:00 p.m. Nota: las oficinas municipales incluyendo la casilla electoral estarán cerradas el 20 de Enero, 2020 en observación al Dia del Martin Luther King, Jr.
Las solicitudes para votar por correo deberán enviarse a: Imelda B. Rodriguez, Secretaria Municipal, 100 S. Monroe Street, Eagle Pass, Texas 78852. Dichas solicitudes deberán recibirse antes de las 5:00 p.m. del Martes, 21 de Enero, 2020.
